Declarations of War
When a player decides
to go to war with either another player or another territory there are
several things to consider:
a) Do you want other player involvement?
b) How much are you willing to spend?
c) What is the stratigic advantage?
There are of course other questions to consider, but this gives a general idea of what to ask yourself. So now, let's get to the Declarations of War.
1) Blitzkrieg: This type of Declaration of War can be the most expensive if used unwisely. A flat fee of 100 EP's allows the player to declare war on any territory or territories on the Turn declared. The other players are not permitted to interceed with Foriegn Aid. This type of warfare requires careful planning. A Blitzkrieg is the only type of Declaration of War that allows the player to move his or her combat units at the time of declaration.
2) Declaration of War on an Unoccupied Territory: This type of declaration will incur a cost of 5 EP's per territory to be attacked and 10 EP's per combat unit involved in the attack.
